Welcome to 2014/2015 School Year

 

  There will be lots of fun activities for everyone this year.   Sports will include soccer, basketball, hockey, tennis, baseball, cooperative games and healthy heart activities.  As always come dressed in PE attire and don't forget sunscreen.

SEVEN DAYS WITHOUT EXERCISE MAKES ONE WEAK!

There are so many ways to get regular exercise.  Try to incorporate at least 30 min. of activity into your day.
